Simba mourn former physical trainer Zrane

DAR ES SALAAM: The management of Simba said they are saddened with the death of the club’s former physical trainer Adel Zrane.

The Tunisian coach has breathed his last on Tuesday in Rwanda where he was working at Kigali based APR FC as assistant coach.

An official Simba statement states that the management is saddened with his death.

“He was humble and friendly to players…he was loved by everyone during his tenure at the club from 2018 to 2021.

“Simba conveys condolence message to his family, APR and all sport stakeholders for this big loss and we pray to God for his soul to rest in peace,” reads the statement.

Also, APR through their X account confirmed his passing saying the circumstances of his death are unknown.

“During the early hours of the morning, while the coach was leaving his house to go to training, it was discovered that he had passed away there.

“Currently, the circumstances behind the passing of this coach are unknown…the training session that the APR FC team was supposed to conduct in order to get ready for the match that was scheduled to take place on the 26th day of the season was instantly postponed.
